The programme deals with the construction of a 200 m high building in the heart of Turin.

The tower shows a simple geometry and an elegant profile and stands over the important urban rail interchange of Porta Susa. This location drastically reduces the need of cars for its users and envisages the reunification of all the company premises with the consequent renewal of real estate which are no longer suited to current standards of energy saving, efficiency and modernity of workplaces.

In accordance with the shape of the natural site and in relation to the urban codes, the tower has an elongated form, in close connection with the dynamism of the boulevard.

This feature gives slenderness and lightness to the volume of the tower, which is articulated into a single body in full height. This external linearity contrasts with the internal game of interconnected levels, thanks to the numerous double-height spaces of the common areas and meeting rooms. A rich functional mix is guaranteed with special regard to facilitating the access and using the public spaces. The tower top terrace and sky lobbies provide a public panoramic deck and a restaurant with a splendid view of the city. The façade completely covered with photovoltaic panels and wind generators on the roof will become visible proof of the sustainability and energy conservation criteria that guided to the design.
