The project aims to redevelop a symbolic place in the history of Florence: the former Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino, in the heart of the city.
The intent is to enhance a fascinating place, intervening with new buildings and at the same time redeveloping the surrounding urban area, where a new square will be developed which aims to become a destination of interest for the city community.
The complex is spread over 3 new building blocks and a new internal square. The mix favors minimum units of 50 m2 and cluster apartments for short rental periods. Shared common spaces and a catering activity complete the overall offer of the project.
The complex will be called Teatro Luxury Apartments and will be equipped with a concierge, terrace with solarium, gym, wellness centre, children’s areas, co-working, restaurants and 170 parking spaces. Inserted in the Starhotels Collezione, the group’s high-end brand, will have the Leed Gold environmental sustainability certification.
