The villa, built in the seventeenth century. it has a direct monumental constraint on the splendid frescoes, on the marble floors, as well as a general architectural constraint.
The project includes the monumental, architectural, functional, and systems restoration of the property, while also providing for its subdivision in order to create prestigious residential units, all in compliance with conservation objectives.
The project divides it into 14 housing units, each with a parking space obtained. The intervention respects and enhances the historic building and the existing garden in compliance with the artistic and architectural safeguards, but at the same time offers quality materials and technological solutions for exclusive apartments.
