Built within a larger urban masterplan for the redevelopment of the farm behind the magnificent Brandinchi beach in northern Sardinia.
The project develops a holiday home on a promontory with a panoramic view of the entire coast and the island of Tavolara.

The house, thanks to a separate and support service area to the main function, was designed to be used both as a permanent home during the winter and as a holiday home in the summer.

The minimal interiors made of local stone and wood interact with the outside and do not disturb the natural spectacle of the garden and the splendid panorama that extends from the Tavolara Island to Capo Comino.

The villa is designed to be rented out during the summer and is equipped with a master suite, four junior suites and an independent accommodation for the staff. The transparency and lightness of the envelope let the roof float like a kite under the effect of the Mistral wind.
