NEW OFFICE BUILDING
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Our project for “Cassala 22” office building in Milan is under construction and proceeds safely at full speed. The design involves the conservation of the existing structure, the installation of a new high-impact facade and an important volumetric expansion. The project shall be delivered in May 2021 and plans to reach LEED GOLD level of sustainability The mixed-use property is part of the Value Add II Italy Fund and is managed by Savills IM SGR SpA with Barings Italy Srl as advisor.
Il nostro progetto per l’edificio per uffici “Cassala 22” a Milano è in costruzione e procede a pieno ritmo e in tutta sicurezza. La progettazione prevede la conservazione della struttura esistente, l’inserimento di una nuova facciata e un importante ampliamento volumetrico. Il progetto sarà consegnato a maggio 2021 e prevede di raggiungere il livello di sostenibilità LEED GOLD. L’immobile ad uso misto fa parte del Value Add II Italy Fund ed è gestito da Savills IM SGR SpA con Barings Italy Srl come advisor.
