Metamorphosis sarà aperta al pubblico dal 16 al 21 aprile 2024 presso lo showroom Santa Sofia 27 durante il Salone del Mobile di Milano.
Il 16 aprile si terrà una tavola rotonda, solo su invito, con il fondatore di Ventana Jeremy Hochman, l’artista Marco Gallotta, l’architetto Vittorio Grassi e lo scienziato dell’intelligenza artificiale Gabriele Di Cerbo. Parleranno di come arte, intelligenza artificiale, tecnologia e design possono unirsi e di come possono portare la metamorfosi nel mondo che conosciamo.
Da quando i nostri predecessori preistorici crearono le loro prime opere d’arte sulle pareti delle caverne di Lascaux, l’arte ha sempre riguardato la metamorfosi: come vediamo, come cambiamo, come viviamo e come ci adattiamo al mondo che ci circonda.
Ci siamo chiesti: come possono unirsi tecnologia e architettura? In che modo l’arte, l’intelligenza artificiale, l’interior design, gli schermi, la tecnologia visiva e la semplice creatività umana possono portare alla metamorfosi? Cambiando non solo il modo in cui vediamo il mondo, ma anche il modo in cui viviamo, condividiamo, creiamo e rispondiamo ad esso.
Metamorphosis, sponsorizzata da VENTANA produttore degli schermi video modulari più sottili, luminosi e adattabili al mondo, è un’installazione che combina arte, scienza, tecnologia visiva e architettura. In qualità di leader mondiale nella tecnologia dei display, Ventana esplora costantemente come sarà il futuro e come possiamo farlo funzionare meglio.
Metamorphosis è stato creato dall’artista italiano Marco Gallotta, residente a New York. È un artista di fama mondiale che modernizza l’antica pratica dell’origami. Gallotta sperimenta elementi non tradizionali e osserva come ciascuno influenza l’altro per creare qualcosa di mai visto prima.
Per Metamorphosis, Gallotta ha collaborato con scienziati dell’Intelligenza Artificiale. Insieme, catturano la metamorfosi che avviene quando l’arte e la tecnologia imparano e si migliorano a vicenda.

On 16 April, an invitation-only panel discussion with Ventana founder Jeremy Hochman, artist Marco Gallotta, architect Vittorio Grassi, and AI scientist Gabriele Di Cerbo will be held. They will talk about how art, AI, technology, and design can come together and how they can bring metamorphosis to the world we know.

We wondered: How can technology and architecture unite? How can art, artificial intelligence, interior design, screens, visual technology, and simple human creativity lead to metamorphosis? Changing not just how we view the world, but also how we live, share, create, and respond to it.

Metamorphosis is created by Italian-born, New York-based artist Marco Gallotta. He is a globally renowned artist who modernizes the ancient practice of paper cutting. Gallotta experiments with non-traditional elements and observes how each affects the other to create something never before seen.
For Metamorphosis, Gallotta collaborated with artificial intelligence scientists. Together, they capture the metamorphosis that occurs when art and technology learn from and enhance each other.
